Features
(1)Dismountable inductor, easy to replace.
(2)Special structure of melting channel ensures the small temperature difference between the molten metal and the hearth, which makes longer service life of the inductors.
(3)The furnace wall is poured by low cement material, which has better integrity and sealing property.
(4)Equipped with Overvoltage and overcurrent protection devices, when the cooling air temperature of inductor is too high, the furnace has automatic alarm and shutdown function.
(5)Inductor material is special designed and researched by refractory bricks company and us, better adapt to Zn smelting.
(6)Computer numerical simulation technology for optimizing design of melting groove.
(7)The optimum quality silicon steel sheet is used for manufacturing the inductor iron core, which can save iron lost in melting process.
(8)High Zn direct recovery rate:≥97%;
(9) Low energy consumption: 110~115kWh/t
(10) Less smoke than rotary furnace, more environment friendly and better working conditions for operators.
