Drilling jumbo is mining equipment widely used in underground mining if mining is done by drilling and blasting. It is also used in tunnel, culvert tunnelling engineering with advanced hydraulic system and anti-clamping bit device ,the rock drilling rig is a modern equipment of convenient, safe and reliable operation.

Equipped with double dynamic system and full hydraulic system, the rig has the advantages of high speed drilling, low energy consumption, flexible movement. Furthermore, the drilling system can avoid stuck problem automatically. The complete machine is designed as compact type, which not only improved the stability, but also reduced labor intensity.

Product Introduction

We adopted DANA brand chassis with MICO dual circuit brake system on the DW1-31 machine, so the wet spring brake ensures higher safety. On the other hand, fully hydraulic rock drill machine WOSERLD1838ME(18kW) is equipped, which can reach 0.8~2m/min drilling speed and meet the drilling requirements of different hardness rock. 53kW diesel engine and four –wheel drive can make DW1-31 walk in the narrow tunnel(10~36m2) very easly.

Hydrulic Drill Boom

(1) Unique design of drill boom improves accuracy and parallelism of borehole spacing, which achieves accurate and quick positioning.

(2) Flexible movement: Rotary motor in the front of upper arm makes the whole feed mechanism move easily(±180°)

(3) Heavy duty aluminum alloy propelling beam & Stainless steel coating: High anti-bend and anti-twist strength, stainless material ensures longer life for DW1-31;

Rock Drill of Single Boom Jumbo

(1) High efficiency: WOSERLD 1838ME rock drill developed by Sweden company provide excellent performance on high hardness rocks. The efficiency is 2~4 times of traditional handheld rock drill.

(2) Long service life: Shank’s special structure can eliminate reaction of the strike, extending service life of rock drill(drifter).

Hydraulic system of wheel drilling jumbo

(1) Multi-filtration system improves oil cleanliness and reduces failure in hydraulic system;

(2) Rational pump flow and efficient water cooler ensure that the system can maintain normal oil temperature after long hours working;

(3) Stepwise compression technology used can optimized the match between propelling force and impact force, also improves the positioning and drilling efficiency.

(1) Hinge jointed heavy duty Chassis, hydrostatic drive, four-wheel drive guarantee excellent power performance and fuel economy.

(2) Key components are imported from international famous brands.

(3) Three brake conditions including running brake, parking brake and emergency brake.
