Product Introduction

Varies of drifters can be selected to install in the drilling jumbo. Except chassis, this machine has almost the same configuration with wheel type drilling jumbo. The applied working section is 2.2×2.0m and 4.65m×3.75m, the gradeability is less than 15°, the tramming speed is 2.4km/h.

Features

Hydraulic system

(1) It adopts direct drilling control system and manual four-way handle to control the translation of the big arm, with anti-sticking function and stepwise pressurization system to ensure more stable work and less shank consumption;

(2) Oil tank level higher than pump can avoid cavitation of oil tank;

(3) Hydraulic turbine gear box and spiral oil cylinder can form cross joint, which makes the rig can drilling holes in tunnel face, top slope, side slope and bottom slope without limitation;

(4) Multiple filtration system ensures cleanliness of oil, decreases malfunctions;

(5) Reasonable pump flowrate and high efficiency water cooler can maintain good oil temperature after machine’s heavy duty work.

Translational Drilling Boom

(1) The mechanical translational drilling boom can make the feeding beam to keep parallel function, to make direct, quick, accurate location; On the other hand, the boom can make sure drilling holes to be parallel with each other, no need of manual calibration.

(2) The arm adopts rectangular section design, make it more stable of the drilling boom. The rotation motor installed on the arm can make the feeding system rotates ±180°.

Cable reel

The special designed cable reel can realize flexible collection and laying cable, higher safety and automatic level.

Applications

The DT1-14 is used in underground mine of narrow tunnels.
